Every EKVAK boot is handcrafted after your order is confirmed.
Because each pair is carefully constructed by experienced shoemakers, our standard production time is:
15-30 business days
During production, each pair goes through multiple craftsmanship steps including leather preparation, stitching, welt construction and final inspection.
Worldwide Shipping
EKVAK ships handcrafted Goodyear welt boots worldwide.
After your order is completed:
- Tracking information will be provided.
- Delivery time depends on destination and shipping method.
- Customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes if applicable.

USA:
7-15 business days after shipment
Europe:
7-20 business days after shipment
Other regions:
10-30 business days after shipment
Order Changes
Because EKVAK boots are made to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your order.
Changes cannot be guaranteed after production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want every customer to be satisfied with their EKVAK boots.
For unworn standard products:
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 30 days after delivery.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- In original condition
- With original packaging
Custom Orders
Custom-made boots or personalized products are produced specifically for each customer.
Due to their unique nature, custom orders may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
